Business Analyst Intern — Summer 2026
About the role
Dummars Consultants LLC is seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to support our consulting operations. As an intern, you will assist in evaluating business processes, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive value for our clients and internal teams. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition support, project management, and operational improvement.
Key responsibilities
Process analysis: Assist in reviewing and documenting current business processes to identify areas for efficiency and improvement.
Data management: Support the recruiting and hiring lifecycle by maintaining candidate data within our HRIS, including processing applications, updating applicant records, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Operational support: Help track job requisitions, monitor interview schedules, and assist with the administrative coordination of student programs and onboarding efforts.
Project assistance: Collaborate with team members on ongoing consulting projects, conducting research and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
Communication: Support team communications, including drafting responses to candidate inquiries and helping to maintain standardized templates and documentation.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and aptitude for learning new software platforms (HRIS / recruiting tools).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks.
