Dummars Consultants LLC (DCL) has been nominated for the Donald H. Newlin Community Stewardship Award — a recognition that honors organizations whose work meaningfully strengthens the communities they operate in.
For our team, the nomination is a moment to acknowledge the people behind the work: the analysts, program managers, logistics specialists, recruiters, and engineers whose engagements quietly translate into community-level outcomes.
Community stewardship has never been a separate program for DCL. It is the natural by-product of how we engage — locally hired teams, veteran transition placements, and partnerships with mission-driven organizations that need both rigor and presence.
