Our Leadership
Jerome Dummars Sr.
President/CEO
Mr. Dummars has over 30 years of experience, both military and civilian, in delivering Management and Technology products and consulting services as well as managing enterprise systems for worldwide clientele. His experience includes the management of enterprise systems design, acquisition, integration, implementation and life-cycle operations and maintenance. Consulting engagements include the development and management of gap and policy analysis, performance management, change management, data conversion, training development for Federal COTS acquisition and implementation. Mr. Dummars' experience also includes the development of knowledge and decision support software, Human Capital Management and HR Information Systems. He currently holds a Masters in Human Capital Mangement - Organizational Development, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM) , and Oracle Certified HCM and Business Intelligence Specialist.
